About Robbie Gail Charette JD, CPA, LLM

Board Certified in Family Law, Texas Board of Legal Specialization, certified in mediation and one of the first in Texas to receive the extensive and prestigious Chip Rose Collaborative Law Family Training, Robbie Gail draws from the diversity of her education, many certifications, legal experiences and life experience to serve the families in Washington County.

All 11 Harris county Family District Courts, all 4 Harris County Probate Courts, all 3 Harris County Juvenile Courts and all 4 Family Child support IV-D Courts have witnessed Robbie Gail representing parties. Judge Reue and Judge Berg in the Washington County Court at Law; Judge Daniel Leedy in the Austin County Court at Law; Judge Carson Campbell in the 21st Judicial District Court of Washington County, and Associate Judge Miller in Brazos County Family Court have also all witnessed many cases in which Robbie Gail represented families. Over the last 20 years, Robbie Gail has mediated hundreds of child-centered cases using her mediation certification and additional certifications in High-Conflict Family Law and Children's Protection Services. In addition to her courtroom representation, Robbie Gail has maintained her Certified Public Accountant license for the last 30 years, and has represented parties before the Internal Revenue Service.

Robbie Gail Charette was a member of the Fightin' Texas Aggie Centennial Class of 1976. Her early years in College Station gave her a love for Washington County, Brenham and Texas Bluebonnets.  She and her beloved husband, Michael Mansfield Owsley, shared their first date in Brenham in 1987, and officially made it their home in 2009. Strong moral and patriotic conviction drive her dedication to the community she loves. Serving families in Washington County with excellence, she has given time, toil and talent in service.
